a.Please disconnect Internet.
b. Disable Antivirus program/Firewall.
c. Install Program
d.Enable Antivrus/Firewall, Reconnect Internet

Word file does not open:
This issue is caused if the user is not logged in as administrator on XP/7/Vista. You should be logged in as Administrator on Windows XP. Vista/7 users should Right Click the Program Icon, choose Run as Administrator, Enter Vista/7 administrator password, Allow Permission
