How to use this program:
This program is designed to assist users in
developing insight into their dietary habits and its
consequences. High rates of obesity have resulted from change in
dietary habits in most cultures. Affluence has led to increased
consumption of fat laden meats forming the foundation of most
diets. This has also led to substantial decline in consumption
of appropriate amounts of fruits, vegetables and nuts necessary
for a healthy, balanced diet.
Sedentary occupations have led to a
substantial decline in daily exercise. The first few steps are
to check if you are overweight by using the BMI calculator. Next
step is to visit your physician and get the following
information: Fasting blood sugar, Triglycerides, HDL, Blood
pressure- systolic and diastolic.
Test if you have Metabolic syndrome.
Metabolic Syndrome is a predictor of possibility of developing
Diabetes, High blood pressure, stroke or heart disease. Even if
you do not have Metabolic Syndrome, it is important to develop
good dietary habits to prevent developing these problems. Third
step, calculate your Daily GL from the Glycemic Index/Load
calculator. Now you have an understanding of the quality of your
daily diet. Read the Help file to better understand the various

Fourth Step, check the various diet

How To
use this program: This program allows you to type in Psychiatric
History, check off Mental Staus and Mini Mental Status as well
as type a Treatment Plan. The results can then be transferred to
MemoPad for editing and printing from a PC or a direct print to
"PalmPrint" capable printers. "PalmPrint" is not included in the
program and must be purchased separately. You can also keep
records for History & Mental status or Treatment plan. The steps
suggested are:

later retrieval or printing as desired. CAUTION: If you enter
History only and save the record and record Mental Status later,

is true vice versa, i.e., if you enter Mental Status first ,
record and then attempt to add History later, Mental Status will
be deleted unless you entered it again. It is advisable to
complete both processes (History and Mental Status) at one time
and then Write the record to avoid loss of data.
4.Mini Mental Status - is available by checking the easy to use
checkboxes and Drop Down menus. You can also record the Score in
History and Mental Status.
5. Treatment Plan- Problem lists, goals , objectives and
discharge criteria can be entered in this program. The lists are
available easily by tapping "i" at the top right hand corner.
You can store the record in 'Patient Records Tx Plan'- Enter

How to use this program:
This program is designed to assist users in
developing insight into their dietary habits and its
consequences.High rates of obesity have resulted from change in
dietary habits in most cultures. Affluence has led to increased
consumption of fat laden meats forming the foundation of most
diets. This has also led to substantial decline in consumption
of appropriate amounts of fruits, vegetables and nuts necessary
for a healthy, balanced diet.
Sedentary occupations have led to a
substantial decline in daily exercise. The first few steps are
to check if you are overweight by using the BMI calculator. Next
step is to visit your physician and get the following
information: Fasting blood sugar, Triglycerides, HDL, Blood
pressure- systolic and diastolic.
Test if you have Metabolic syndrome.
Metabolic Syndrome is a predictor of possibility of developing
Diabetes, High blood pressure, stroke or heart disease. Even if
you do not have Metabolic Syndrome, it is important to develop
good dietary habits to prevent developing these problems. Third
step, calculate your Daily GL from the Glycemic Index/Load
calculator. Now you have an understanding of the quality of your
daily diet. Read the Help file to better understand the various

Fourth Step, check the various diet
