Customer Support
How are the orders handled on this website?
All sales are processed on a secure (SSL) site by Esellerate a division of Digital River. Your information is safe and not shared with anyone. Windows programs are sold through Protexis.
Can I get a CD of the programs?
The programs are only sold as a download. Please click on "Buy" button that will take you to the secure section and after the order is processed you will be able to download the program immediately. New Windows Programs can be bought by clicking on "Try & Buy" button. That will allow you to download the software. Install the software and it will allow you to buy it on the internet.
Where can I buy the programs?
You can buy the programs on this website by clicking on Red "Buy" button next to the program.
Do you offer discounts for volume purchases or bundles?
Bundles are available when you "click" "Buy" and place the order in your shopping cart. Prices are in US dollars. The prices change often and those listed here may not be accurate.

How do I get a refund?
If a Windows Mobile, Palm OS program is not working, please email locum@softpsych.com with your Order number and reason for return. Windows Programs sold through Protexis are refunded by Protexis.
How do I contact you regarding customer support, technical support or other questions?
Please send email to support@softpsych.com.
Can I get support by telephone?
The programs are priced so low that free telephone support is not available. You can find answers to most questions on FAQ page and Support page. Other concerns can be addressed by email. If you wish to get telephone support, please email locum@softpsych.com to request a time. Minimum charge for Telephone support is US$30.00 for a 10 minute call. You will need to make the payment to a Paypal account to get this support.
