How are the orders handled on this website?


All sales are processed on a secure (SSL) site by Esellerate a division of Digital River. Your information is safe and not shared with anyone.

Can I get a CD of the programs?


The programs are only sold as a download. Please click on "Buy" button that will take you to the secure section and after the order is processed you will be able to download the program immediately. New Windows Programs can be bought by clicking on "Try & Buy" button. That will allow you to download the software. Install the software and it will allow you to buy it on the internet.

Where can I buy the programs?


You can buy the programs on this website by clicking on "Buy" button next to the program. You can also buy the Palm OS programs at www.palmgear.com or www.handango.com, Windows Mobile/Pocket PC programs can be purchased at www.pocketgear.com or www.handango.com. Windows programs available on this website and at www.download.com, Windows marketplace and Tigerdirect. Windows Smartphone can be purchased on this website and www.handango.com and www.smartphone.net.

Do you offer discounts for volume purchases or bundles?

How do I get a refund?


If the program is not working, please email locum@softpsych.com with your Order number and reason for return.

Can I get support by telephone?


The programs are priced so low that free telephone support is not available. You can find answers to most questions on FAQ page and Support page. Other concerns can be addressed by email. If you wish to get telephone support, please email locum@softpsych.com to request a time. Minimum charge for Telephone support is US$30.00 for a 10 minute call. You will need to make the payment to a Paypal account to get this support.

How do I enter the Registration code (Serial Number)?


Programs purchased on this website through Esellerate:
Serial Number is provided in the order Email sent to you.
Registration Code: GO to START....Programs...Psych Tools (Psych Diagnosis)....KEY ....Product KEY.. Enter Registration code (Serial Number) EXACTLY, preferably using copy and paste. Do not enter the code more than 3 times or the program will not work.
You can see the above details with pictures on Support page.

New Programs are sold through Protexis, Windows marketplace and Tigerdirect. The buy information is included in the program. It requires you to use a Serial number and Activation code. Support is available from the websites where you purchased the program.

Technical Support Windows Mobile/PPC


I get an error message "Incorrect Code".


You have to enter the OWNER name in Today screen that should match the name you entered when you purchased the program.
Owner Name has be entered in Settings-Personal---Owner Information on your device. Please make sure that you spelled your Pocket PC Owner name EXACTLY including punctuation, spaces and lettercase. Please make sure that you do not enter spaces before or after the Registration code.

  

I get scripting errors


The programs should be installed with ActiveSync only not other programs. The programs should be installed in Main memory and not to Storage card. Please read the files enclosed with your download-

I have tried the above and still have problems getting the program to work.


A.
Uninstall program.
Reset the device
Reinstall programs
Reset the Device

Technical Support Palm


I get a message "incorrect Code".


Registration code is based on the Hotsync name located in the upper right corner on the Hotsync screen. Please make sure that you entered your Hotsync name exactly as it is including punctuation, spaces and letter case at the time of purchase.

     

Please make sure that you do not add a space before entering Serial Number.

" I can not get programs to work" or "I get scripting errors".


The programs should be installed with Palm Desktop only not other programs. The programs should be installed in Main memory and not directly to Storage card.
Please read the files enclosed with your download- they may be in
1..txt format opened with Notepad (Programs- Accessories)
2. .htm file opened with browser - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera
3. .pdf file, opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, available as free download

Can I install programs to Storage card?


First install has to be in Main memory. You need to run the program and Register the Registration code. Then the program can be moved to a Storage card but would need to be moved back to RAM to run it. Use a program like "Zlauncher" to do the move.

"I have installed the programs but I can not see them in Menu" or "can not run the programs"


Please do a Reset on your device.

"The program will not run on a LifeDrive"


The programs should be installed in MAIN Memory and not Lifedrive.

Technical Support Windows Smartphone


I get an error message "Incorrect Code".


You have to enter the OWNER name in Today screen that should match the name you entered when you purchased the program.
Owner Name has be entered. Owner name is usually located under Start.. Settings.. More..Owner information.

Please make sure that you spelled your Smartphone Owner name EXACTLY including punctuation, spaces and lettercase. Please make sure that you do not enter spaces before or after the Registration code.
